Frequently asked questions

How does card scanning work?

Point your camera at a trading card and ValueMon identifies it and shows its estimated market value. You can also pick an existing photo of a card from your photo library. Make sure the card is well lit and fills most of the frame.

How do I manage or cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are handled by the App Store. Open Settings → your name → Subscriptions on your device, or use “Manage subscription” inside the app. To restore a previous purchase on a new device, tap Restore on the paywall screen.

How do I delete my account and data?

In the app, go to Profile → Account → Delete account. This permanently deletes your account, portfolio, collections, favorites, and scan history. See our Privacy Policy for details on data handling.

Why does a price look wrong or missing?

Prices are estimates aggregated daily from third-party marketplaces (TCGplayer and Cardmarket). Some cards, variants, or languages may have little or no market data, and prices can lag behind live listings.
