Welcome to ValueMon. By downloading or using the ValueMon app (the “App”), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. The service

ValueMon lets you scan trading cards, view estimated market prices, and organize your collection and portfolio. Prices are aggregated from third-party sources (TCGplayer and Cardmarket) and are estimates only. They are provided for informational purposes, are not guaranteed to be accurate or current, and do not constitute financial, investment, or trading advice. Always do your own research before buying or selling.

2. Your account

You can use the App anonymously or sign in with email, Google, or Apple. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in credentials secure.

3. Subscriptions and purchases

The App is free to download and includes a monthly scan limit. ValueMon Pro unlocks unlimited scanning and additional features, offered as an auto-renewing subscription or a one-time purchase through the App Store.

Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase.
Auto-renewable subscriptions renew automatically unless turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your App Store account settings.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the App, including: reverse engineering, scraping or bulk-extracting data, automated or abusive access, or interfering with the App’s normal operation or security.

5. Intellectual property and trademarks

ValueMon is an independent app and is not affiliated with, endorsed, sponsored, or approved by Nintendo, Creatures Inc., GAME FREAK, The Pokémon Company, or any trading card game publisher. All card names, images, and related trademarks are the property of their respective owners. The App, its design, and original content are owned by us.

6. Disclaimer

The App and all data, including prices and collection valuations, are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that prices are accurate or that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any losses arising from your reliance on price estimates or collection valuations shown in the App.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time from within the App.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms. The date above reflects the latest version.
