This Privacy Policy explains what information the ValueMon app (the “App”) collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using the App you agree to this policy.
We use the information above to provide and sync your collection, recognize scanned cards, show prices, process subscriptions, diagnose crashes, and improve the App. We do not sell your personal data.
We rely on the following processors: Google Firebase (Authentication, Cloud Firestore, Crashlytics, Analytics, App Check), RevenueCat, and Apple. Card price data is sourced from TCGplayer and Cardmarket, and currency exchange rates from a public rate API — no personal data is shared with these price or rate sources. Each provider processes data under its own privacy policy.
Your data is stored on our own infrastructure and on Google/Firebase services, and may be processed in countries other than the one you live in.
We keep your data while your account is active. You can delete your account directly in the App, which removes your collection data. You may also contact us to request access to or deletion of your information.
The App is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your region). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The date above reflects the latest version; significant changes will be reflected here.
