This Privacy Policy explains what information the ValueMon app (the “App”) collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using the App you agree to this policy.
We use the information above to provide and sync your collection, recognize scanned cards, show prices, process subscriptions, diagnose crashes, and improve the App. We do not sell your personal data and we do not use it for cross-app tracking.
We rely on the following processors: Google Firebase (Authentication, Cloud Firestore, Crashlytics, Analytics, App Check), RevenueCat, and Apple. Card price data is sourced from TCGplayer and Cardmarket, and currency exchange rates from a public rate API — no personal data is shared with these price or rate sources.
We require that any third party with whom we share user data provides the same or equal protection of your data as described in this policy, and each provider processes data under its own privacy policy.
Your data is stored on our own infrastructure and on Google/Firebase services, and may be processed in countries other than the one you live in. Where required, such transfers are carried out using appropriate safeguards.
We keep your data while your account is active. You can delete your account directly in the App (Profile → Account → Delete account), which removes your collection data. You can also withdraw consent at any time: sign out to stop syncing, disable analytics and crash collection in your device settings, or contact us to request access to or deletion of your information.
Depending on where you live (for example, the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or California), you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. We do not sell your personal data or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. To exercise any of these rights, email us at the address below. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
The App is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your region). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The date above reflects the latest version; significant changes will be reflected here.
