Carddis has no sign-up, no server and no database of yours. Your cards, their numbers, your photographs of them, your categories and your settings live in the App's private storage on your own device. We hold none of it, so deletion is something you do yourself and it takes effect immediately.
Press and hold a card in the wallet and choose Delete. The card goes, and so do the photographs taken for it and any logo file no other card is using. Replacing a photo deletes the one it replaced.
This removes the card database, every photograph and logo file, your categories and every setting.
Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. There is no copy on our side and no way for us to restore anything — and Carddis has no export, so a card you delete has to be scanned again. If a device backup made by iCloud or Google includes the App's data, that backup is yours to manage; we have no access to it.
A picture you took inside Carddis lives in the App's own storage and goes with it. If you separately saved an image to your device's photo library, that copy is outside the App and stays until you delete it there.
Deleting the App does not cancel a paid subscription — Apple and Google bill those, not us. Cancel it separately in your App Store or Google Play account settings, otherwise it will keep renewing.
If you bought Pro, a record of that purchase exists at RevenueCat, Apple or Google: an anonymous installation identifier and the receipt, with nothing about your cards in it. To have the RevenueCat record erased, email us and say so — include the date of purchase so we can find it. Apple's and Google's own transaction records are kept under their retention rules and their policies, not ours.
