To help us answer faster, please include your device and OS version, your app version (Settings → the footer at the bottom of the screen), and what you expected to happen.
Subcel keeps everything on your device. We have no account to look up and no copy of your data, so please describe the problem in the message — we cannot see your subscriptions from here, and we do not want to.
Converted figures are marked with “≈” and use a public daily rate table. They exclude whatever spread or fee your bank or card issuer adds, and if the App has been offline it may be working from yesterday's rates or from its built-in fallback table. The price you typed in the subscription's own currency is always exact; the conversion is an estimate.
Logos come from a public brand catalogue that indexes brands under their Latin-alphabet names. The App already tries transliterations of a Cyrillic name, but a small or local service may simply not be listed. Skip the logo and the App draws a monogram in the service's colour instead — nothing else depends on it.
Check that notifications are allowed for Subcel in system settings, that Focus or Do Not Disturb is not filtering them, and on Android that the App is exempt from battery optimisation. Some devices suspend background apps aggressively, so please do not rely on Subcel as your only warning before a charge.
That is intended. Charges are counted from the date a subscription started, or from the date you resumed it — not from a fixed day of the month. A subscription started on 31 January therefore charges on 28 February, 31 March, 30 April, without drifting. Cancelling and resuming records a real gap: no charges are counted while it was paused, in the calendar, the payment history or the chart.
Subcel does not have an export yet. Your entries live on the device and are included in a device backup if your operating system backs the App up; there is no copy on our side to send you.
Subcel Pro is billed by Apple or Google, not by us. Manage or cancel it in your App Store or Google Play account settings — deleting the App does not cancel it. Refunds are issued by Apple or Google under their own policies; email us if you need help with a request. If you have paid and the App still shows the free tier, use Restore purchases in Settings first.
Delete individual subscriptions in the App, or remove the App to erase all of it at once. See Your data and how to delete it.
Almost everything Subcel holds is already in your hands — see the Privacy Policy for what leaves the device and who receives it. For anything else, email us.
