Your data, and how to delete it

There is no account to delete — only the copy on your device.

Subcel has no sign-up, no server and no database of yours. Your subscriptions, their dates and prices, your settings and any logos you picked live in the App's private storage on your own device. We hold none of it, so deletion is something you do yourself and it takes effect immediately.

Option 1 — delete individual entries

In the App

Open a subscription and delete it. It is removed at once, along with its charge history, its reminders and the logo file if no other subscription uses it.

Option 2 — delete everything

Remove the App from your device

  1. iOS: press and hold the Subcel icon, then Remove App → Delete App.
  2. Android: press and hold the icon, then Uninstall. You can also erase the data without uninstalling: Settings → Apps → Subcel → Storage → Clear storage.

This removes every subscription, every setting, every downloaded logo and the cached currency rates.

Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. There is no copy on our side and no way for us to restore anything. If a device backup made by iCloud or Google includes the App's data, that backup is yours to manage — we have no access to it.

What happens to your subscription to Subcel Pro

Deleting the App does not cancel a paid subscription — Apple and Google bill those, not us. Cancel it separately in your App Store or Google Play account settings, otherwise it will keep renewing.

Purchase records

If you bought Pro, a record of that purchase exists at RevenueCat, Apple or Google: an anonymous installation identifier and the receipt, with nothing about your subscriptions in it. To have the RevenueCat record erased, email us and say so — include the date of purchase so we can find it. Apple's and Google's own transaction records are kept under their retention rules and their policies, not ours.
