To help us answer faster, please include your device and OS version, your app version (Settings → the footer at the bottom), and what you expected to happen. Please do not send us a list of your medications — we do not need it, and email is not a secure channel for health data.
PillOrg is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice. We cannot answer questions about a medication, a dose, an interaction or what to do about a missed one — please speak to a doctor or pharmacist. If you think you have a medical emergency, call your local emergency number.
Reminders are local notifications, so the phone itself has to be allowed to deliver them:
Some devices suspend background apps aggressively, so please do not rely on PillOrg as your only reminder for a medication.
It probably does. A course can repeat every day, on chosen weekdays, every few days or weeks, in cycles such as 21 on and 7 off, monthly on dates you choose, or on one-off dates — and several of those patterns can run inside a single course. A course with no pattern at all is an as-needed medication that you log when you take it.
Edit the course from today and choose to split it: the days before the change keep the old schedule, so your history stays truthful, and the new one applies from now on. Overlapping courses are allowed too, so a titration is one medication with an honest dosage history rather than two entries.
Pause the course rather than deleting it. Paused days are not scheduled and are never counted as missed, and the pause stays on the course so past days keep the state they actually had. Resume it when you start again.
Open History, pick the day, and log it there. Any day that has already passed can be corrected.
A monthly schedule set to the 31st falls back to the last day of a shorter month. That is deliberate, not a bug.
Times you set are wall-clock times: nine in the morning stays nine in the morning wherever you are and across a daylight-saving change. The App re-schedules itself when the device's clock or timezone moves.
PillOrg does not have an export yet. Your records live on the device and are included in a device backup if your operating system backs the App up; there is no copy on our side to send you.
PillOrg Pro is billed by Apple or Google, not by us. Manage or cancel it from the subscription screen in the App or in your App Store or Google Play account settings — deleting the App does not cancel it. Refunds are issued by Apple or Google under their own policies; email us if you need help with a request. If you have paid and the App still shows the free tier, use Restore purchases in Settings first.
Nothing is deleted. Reminders, logging, history and adherence keep working at every tier; medications past the free allowance are hidden rather than removed, oldest kept visible first, and everything comes back if you resubscribe.
Delete a medication, a course, a dose or a whole profile in the App, or remove the App to erase all of it at once. See Your data and how to delete it.
Your health data never leaves your device — see the Privacy Policy for the one thing that does and who receives it. For anything else, email us.
