PillOrg has no sign-up, no server and no sync. Your medications, your courses, your intake log, your profiles and your settings are files in the App's private storage on your own device. We hold none of it, so deletion is something you do yourself and it takes effect immediately.
Delete a single medication and it goes with its courses, its schedule and its logged doses. Delete a whole profile and everything kept for that person goes with it. A single logged dose can be un-marked from the History screen.
If you only want a medication to stop reminding you, pause the course instead — that keeps the history you already have.
This removes every medication, every course, your entire intake history, every profile, every setting and every scheduled reminder.
Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. There is no copy on our side and no way for us to restore anything — and PillOrg has no export, so an intake history you delete cannot be reconstructed. If you need to keep a record for a doctor, write it down first. If a device backup made by iCloud or Google includes the App's data, that backup is yours to manage; we have no access to it.
Deleting the App does not cancel a paid subscription — Apple and Google bill those, not us. Cancel it separately from the subscription screen in the App before you delete it, or afterwards in your App Store or Google Play account settings, otherwise it will keep renewing.
If you bought Pro, a record of that purchase exists at RevenueCat, Apple or Google: an anonymous installation identifier and the receipt, with nothing about your health in it. To have the RevenueCat record erased, email us and say so — include the date of purchase so we can find it. Apple's and Google's own transaction records are kept under their retention rules and their policies, not ours.
