Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Everything goes: your account, every patient profile, every test result and record, every document and image you uploaded, your medications, courses and intake log, your visits, your folders and tags, and your subscription record on our side. Export a PDF of anything you want to keep before you delete.
You may be asked to sign in again first — this is a security check to confirm it is really you. Deletion takes effect immediately.
If you have already removed the App from your device, or you cannot sign in, email us from the email address associated with your account:
Request deletion by emailSend it with the subject “MedKeepy account deletion request”. We will verify that the request comes from the account holder, delete the account, and confirm by reply. We aim to complete this within a few business days and, at the latest, within the time your local law requires — one month in the EEA and the UK.
If you signed in with Apple and chose to hide your email, write from the relay address Apple gave you, or include the sign-in method you used so we can locate the account.
Deleting your account does not cancel a paid subscription — Apple and Google bill those, not us. Cancel it separately in your App Store or Google Play account settings, otherwise it will keep renewing.
Nothing of your health data is retained after deletion. We may retain a minimal record of the deletion request itself, and any transaction records we are legally required to keep for tax or accounting purposes, neither of which contains your medical information. Residual copies in encrypted backups are overwritten on our normal backup cycle.
